Frank Ackerman is senior economist with the Stockholm Environment Institute’s U.S. Center and the Global Development and Environment Institute. He is also a co-founder of Economists for Equity and Environment (E3), and the lead author of E3’s “Economics of 350” study. His latest book is Can We Afford the Future? Economics for a Warming World.
