John M. DeCicco is a research professor at the University of Michigan Energy Institute. Over the years he has worked on energy efficiency issues, with an increasing focus on transportation, including vehicle efficiency and fuel-related CO2 emissions. He leads the Energy Institute's Transportation Energy and Climate Analysis project and directs the University of Michigan Energy Survey.
