A town hall forum on climate change filmed at the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies will be broadcast tonight on the Weather Channel as part of its Earth Day coverage. The discussion, which is moderated by veteran NBC journalist Tom Brokaw, includes Rajendra Pachauri, chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and director of the Yale Climate and Energy Institute; Linda Fisher, chief sustainability office for DuPont; Billy Parish, coordinator of the Energy Action Coalition; and Katherine Hayhoe, a geosciences professor at Texas Tech University. The town hall is part of the Changing Planet series, which was produced in conjunction with the National Science Foundation, and will be posted online at the NBC Learn website.
